RESPONSIBLE PLAY
Responsible Play
Use these practical limits before opening any money-based game or adding money to an account.

Set money and time limits before play
Choose one maximum amount and a fixed end time before opening a game. The amount should be treated as entertainment spending that may be lost. Stop when either limit is reached, even when a round, offer or result sequence appears attractive.
Count spending across every category and device. Moving from one game area to another does not reset the limit.
Do not chase losses or play to solve money problems
A previous loss does not make a future result more likely. Do not increase an amount to recover money, extend the session because a result appears overdue or use play as a way to pay bills or debt.
Take a break after a loss and review the total amount used only after the session has ended.
Protect essential money and payment details
Do not use rent, food, medical, education, savings, bill or debt-payment money. Do not borrow to play and do not use another person’s bank or payment account without clear permission.
Keep passwords, verification codes and payment credentials private. A support request should use an account ID or transaction reference, not a password or one-time code.
Recognise warning signs
Warning signs can include hiding the amount spent, extending sessions repeatedly, borrowing money, trying to recover losses, losing sleep, missing work or study, and feeling unable to stop.
When these signs appear, take a longer break, remove easy payment access, tell a trusted person and seek help from a qualified service available in the local area.
Use practical session controls
Avoid playing when angry, distressed, tired or under the influence of alcohol or other substances. Do not open several rapid categories at once. Keep automatic device time enabled and use account history to check records rather than to predict results.
A written limit, device reminder or separate entertainment budget can make the decision to stop clearer.
Protect minors and shared devices
Money-based gaming is not for minors. Keep installed apps, saved passwords and payment methods away from children. Sign out on a shared device and remove stored credentials before selling, repairing or giving away a phone.
